Coordinated Home Health Care, a Southern NM health care company is seeking an energetic, sophisticated Controller with excellent financial and interpersonal skills. Coordinated Home Health Care is based in Las Cruces, NM serving the Southern New Mexico area through 10 regional offices. This position is based out of the Las Cruces, NM office.

Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interfacing with upper management and Board of Directors. Candidate will have “hands-on” accounting experience. Must have the ability to create, maintain and effectively explain financial reports and processes. This position will be responsible for the management of the financial accounting and internal control processes and systems. Candidate must be a self-directed professional able to provide leadership and coordination of company financial functions, including Medicaid and Commercial billing; and be able to work effectively in a close knit team environment. Position will oversee accounting and payroll staff.

Responsibilities include month-end closing, account analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, internal control oversight, A/P, A/R and cash flow.

Experience with MS Great Plains and prior experience in healthcare a plus.

This position requires an undergraduate Accounting Degree and a minimum of 7 years of combined accounting experience, with no less than 2-3 years in a similar position. CPA is preferred, but is not required. Prior audit experience will be a plus. This position is full time and offers competitive pay and benefits.
